At Massimo Motor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
